Corporate Secretarial Specialist
Job Description:

To plan, administer, conduct and monitor corporate secretarial matters to ensure all and any reports, compliances and relevant tasks and works are submitted on timely manner to regulators and/or relevant recipients
To ensure that the operation of the company comply with the principles of good governance, laws and other prevalent regulatory provisions

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent
At least 6 year(s) of working experience in Corporate Secretary
Have good knowledge in General Corporate, Capital Laws & Regulation and Corporate Communication
Have good business understanding in finance & investment and coal-mining industry
Required language is English
Strong analytical thinking and ready to work multiple tasks simultaneously
Service oriented person and team player
Willing to work hard, discipline, loyal, pro-active and able to work individually as well as a team
