ADM merupakan perusahaan joint venture antara Daihatsu Motor Company dengan Astra International yang ada sejak tahun 1978.

Kendaraan bermerk Daihatsu yang di jual di Indonesia dan dipasarkan oleh Astra diantaranya Daihatsu Zebra, Ceria, Charade, Taft, Feroza, Taruna, Xenia, Terios, Sirion, Gran Max, Luxio dan Ayla.

Kendaraan Daihatsu sepenuhnya didistribusikan oleh Astra melalui Divisi Daihatsu Sales Operation yang memiliki 137 jaringan penjualan di seluruh Indonesia, di mana 71 outlet penjualan merupakan cabang langsung dari Astra.

Production Engineering

Requirement
1. Minimum GPA 3.00 ( Scale of 4,00)
2. Preferably ages are 27 Years Old when graduation ( S1/D4)
3. Ready to be placed in our plant / factory in Jakarta, Karawang ( West or East ), or Cibitung.
4. Willing to work with day/night shift system
5. Computer literate (min. Ms Office).
6. Show evidence of good level in English both oral & written (preferably those with TOEFL score min. 450)
7. Interested in automotive industry
8. Exhibit good leadership & interpersonal skill.
9. Fluent in Japanese language is an advantage
10. Having extensive experience in organization is an advantage.
11. Major Qualification : Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
